A significant aspect of an organisation taking meaningful ownership of their website, is considering the people who will take on the tasks of managing the website content. These people play a key role in the maintenance, growth and expansion of a website. In this talk Juizi will share our experiences of how the Editors of Plone-powered websites evolve. We will share some case studies that describe these Editors and the significant role they play in the Plone Community.
