Digital Teaching Materials for Additive Manufacturing: A Guide to Operating FDM 3D Printers
The video series provides fundamental knowledge on the operation of FDM 3D printers and supports students in their practical introduction to additive manufacturing. Through step-by-step demonstrations, the commissioning process, key software parameters in Cura, and the evaluation of printed parts are explained.The primary target group consists of students who aim to acquire solid competencies in design and engineering as well as in production technologies related to additive manufacturing. In addition, the materials are also relevant for other target groups:1. Lecturers and educators: The content can be integrated into lectures, exercises, and informational events of related modules (e.g., Space and Space Technologies, Biomedical Engineering, Design Engineering).
