twillo is the portal for Open Educational Resources (OER) in higher education for Lower Saxony. The open source platform offers a sustainable and free service that allows university lecturers to publish and further develop OER from all subject areas. In addition to the repository, twillo offers support services, such as the weekly live online consultation (twillo Thursday), regular workshops and information, templates, self-learning units, etc. published on the homepage on the topic of OER and their creation and legal framework. The video content created by twillo, such as tutorials and recorded lectures, is made available on the TIB AV portal.
