This presentation explores how integrating soil observations with farm management data can improve our understanding of agricultural impacts on soil health across Europe. Using datasets such as the Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN) alongside LUCAS soil data, it demonstrates how management practices including fertilizer use, crop rotation, and organic farming influence soil organic carbon stocks, highlighting the potential of harmonized, large-scale data to support evidence-based agricultural policies and sustainable land management.
