| Abstract | Fast-moving severe thunderstorms over Southern Brazil were observed by GOES-16. These systems generated intense concentric gravity waves in the mesosphere (DOI: 10.5446/69990) and thermosphere (DOI: 10.5446/69989), detected by a dual-channel all-sky airglow imager at the Southern Space Observatory (SSO; 29.44°S, 53.82°W) (marked by a red triangle) in São Martinho da Serra. |
