Abstract
Sarah is a researcher at Cirad, working in TETIS unit. She obtained her PhD in Computer Sciences after a thesis on the use of textual sources (news) in event-based surveillance systems, in the context of animal disease surveillance. She is currently working in data mining for early detection and monitoring systems with two domains of application: event-based surveillance and food security. Following this presentation, he was asked a few questions by MOOD’s Working Package 6 OpenGeoHub’s communication experts.
