| Abstract | RelaX ermöglicht das Ausführen von Ausdrücken der relationalen Algebra. In dieser Einführung in die Nutzungsweise von RelaX wird gezeigt, wie das Tool aufgebaut ist, wie zur Verfügung gestellte Datensätze ausgewählt oder importiert werden können, und wie Ausdrücke der relationalen Algebra eingegeben und ausgeführt werden können. An einem Anwendungsbeispiel werden außerdem Hinweise zur Syntax gegeben und das Ergebnis der Anfrage als Operatorbaum und Relation erklärt. Vorwissen über die relationale Algebra wird vorausgesetzt.
