Abstract
This video shows time lapse imaging showing flat lamellipodia of living Ammonia sp. attached to glass. Note the weak, not uniform actin-label following all membranous surfaces of pseudopodial structures. Linear structures seen at the beginning of the time lapse were subsequently transformed into ring structures. Images were obtained with Zeiss Axio Observer Z.1. Scale bar 20 μm. Time interval between subsequent frames: 2.833 s.
