Presentation of new maintainers and ongoing work on new policies, ideas andopportunities. In the lighting talk we would like to say several words about the projectitself and it's history. After that we would like to spend some timedescribing current project status, current goals (in addition to global goalsdiscussed in the first part) and release policy. Also we would like tointroduce people reliable for the project, as several new members appeared inthe maintainers team. In the end we would like to briefly describe open tasksand opportunities for people with different background to join the project.
