Abstract Entstehung eines Lysehofes um von Hammelerythrozyten umgebenen Plasmazellen (Milzzellen, Maus), die Antikörper gegen Hammelerythrozyten sezernieren (Original).
Spleen cells from a mouse which was immunized against sheep erythrocytes are incubated together with sheep erythrocytes and guinea pig complement at 37° C. Around every cell, which produces antibodies against sheep erytrocytes, a lysis halo developes.
