| Abstract | Prof. Jeremy C. Smith gave one of the keynote speeches at the HITS Symposium on January 23, 2015, in Heidelberg / Germany. The Heidelberg Institute for Theoretical Studies (HITS) organized a scientific symposium on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Klaus Tschira Foundation.
Jeremy C. Smith spoke on Computational Science and its implications for future scientific research. He described the growing role of data-driven science. He said about HITS (0:55): "The impact that HITS will have worldwide is gonna be very intesting to see in the next decades." |
