Abstract
Frontend techniques improve the user experience, but they damage the developer experience. AbFab (short name for Absolutely Fabulous, as the glorious TV show) proposes to throw away all these (npm)+(node)+(hyper complex javascript frameworks)+(gigantic bundles) and replace them with a more 90’s oriented approach (the 90’s is a period known for good TV shows and for extremely basic web technology). But yet… it is still providing all the frontend power and good stuff (because we are in the 20’s). Built with Guillotina and Svelte, it provides a ready-to-use online platform (should I say TTW?) to create simple and light components (should I say low-code?) that can be published anywhere.
