Ummagnetisierung von Nickeleisenschichten im magnetischen Gleichfeld parallel zur leichten und im Impulsfeld parallel zur schweren Achse. Keimbildung am Schichtrand und an einem Kratzer. Wandkriechen auf Grund eines entmagnetisierenden Feldes (Impulsfeld).
The domain wall creeping in evaporated anisotropic 81/19 Ni-Fe films is shown. Creeping is observed in case a magnetic field along the easy axis and a pulse or AC magnetic field along the hard axis is applied simultaneously. The domains have been made visible in polarized light by means of the Kerr magnetooptical effect. The wall creeping is shown for films between 80 and 240 nm thick with average crystal sizes of 10 and 50 nm. The influence of the domain nucleation at the film edge and at a scratch, as well as the creeping in the demagnetizing field instead of an applied field along the easy axis, is also shown.
