The film shows the common confessional of monks of the Gelugpa sect on the occasion of the Tibetan Monastic Institute in Rikon being consecrated. The ceremony is conducted by LING RINPOCHE in the presence of TRIJANG RINPOCHE, the two spiritual teachers of the Dalai Lama, through whom the documentary takes on historical significance.
