After seven days of cell culture, the rolled and embedded cell sheets were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and stained with phalloidin and DAPI. The video shows a 3D reconstruction of the rolled cell sheets, which confirms the formation of a complete tubular structure. Single cells as well as DAPI staining of the nuclei are not visible as the z-stack was captured using a 2.5x objective.
