Davide has a background in electronic engineering, computer science, computational electromagnetism, brain modeling, remote sensing and environmental modeling. At OpenGeoHub, his tasks include, code developing for geocomputing with high performance computing (HPC) techniques, management of the cyberinfrastructure and optimization of computational efficiency and accuracy of predictive spatio-temporal models. Following his presentation at the Science Webinar, he was asked a few questions by OEMC’s Working Package 8 OpenGeoHub’s communication experts.
