The problem 2021 and 2. initial solutions 2022. Now I'd like to tackle a bigger point: integrating UX into your community. The two communities are famous for talking past each other and Einstein gives us one solution: step away from the day to day execution and approach UX as part of your planning process. I will call out 3 specific ways to integrate UX into your community that will build consensus and reduce unnecessary conflict.
